Our Philosophy
YPJC is not a networking group. Sure, you’ll make great connections here. But we’re about more than exchanging business cards.
It’s about building real relationships, discovering opportunities, and becoming part of a community that supports your growth.
That might look like building friendships at a social event, gaining new perspective at a leadership workshop, volunteering together, or sitting in rooms with local leaders and learning how decisions that shape our city get made.

Our members include entrepreneurs, creatives, healthcare workers, educators, engineers, service industry professionals, remote workers, and everything in between.
You don’t even have to live or work in Johnson City to be part of YPJC. If this community is a place where you spend time, build relationships, or see your future, you belong here.
